Robotisation

Robotics became the synonym for industrial automation in the mind of company leadership and project managers. We have used the numerous utilities of industrial- and collaborative robots for moving, organizing and positioning products, work-pieces. The baseline requirements for a successful robotic application are the right choice of the robot and the adequate construction of the supplementary equipment surrounding it.

The proper design of the robot-cell and tooling provide flexible and relatively low-cost adaptation to the changing measurements and attributes of the workpiece. A robotised system is capable of infinitely repeating such complex, speed- and performance demanding tasks that surpass the capabilities of any human workforce. As part of our previous works, we have built high-performance palletizing robot-cell, SCARA-fed laser-engraving cell, packaging-material preparing and providing robot-cell, dosing head moved by a robot and many other applications.
